18 month old with development delays?

18 months no walking, talking,plays alone, doesn't point or feed himself doesn't like kisses or cuddles doesn't like eye contact is obsessed with swinging cupboard ,wardrobe doors and blowing raspberries and repetition when he want something he whines or cries and you have to keep on guessing what he wants until you get it.Doesn't play with his sibling .He likes to shake his head and play with cars and spinning wheels.He has been seen by a speech therapist and after being told i would have to wait 5 months for an essment.I was given an a multi disciplinary essment appointment within an hour of the speech therapist leaving my house. Have considered autism as i have a nephew who has it but could it be something else.
