Did girls wear...in the 80's?

kk well tomorrow we are having an 80's day for school and so far i know that they wear like neon leggings, converse and like long shirts that go over your shoulders but do they wear like tutu kinda skirts cuz i LOVE tutus (idk why lol) and i really wanna wear one if it would make sense for the 80's
