Could it be true??? Pregnant?

10 days after my most fertile day (14th of this month) i had some light bleeding. Nothing painful came with it, just very light one time. I hadn't been thinking about pregnancy just to avoid "mental symptoms" as I call them,but this came out of no where.Again, to avoid getting excited, I forgot about it, but then I started to get cramps, but not really painful ones like during my period, mainly just annoying uncomfortable ones, along with lower backaches.This started right on the 24th (the day of the bleeding).The past 4 - 5 days I have been nauseous every night and getting minor headaches. I'm 1 day late for my period which is always on time like clockwork and i never get any cramps until i actually HAVE my period. Then starting today i have been having to pee 3-4 times p/hour.But not a lot just a little.But with no pain(I know its not a UTI) I took a test this AM but it was negative.Could it have been a false?Im just trying to not get too excited but I cant ignore these things lol.
