Any ideas on how a high school band can get a box truck donated to haul their band equipment?

The band's bus has been sent to the graveyard. We need a 24 foot box truck and are trying to brainstorm about different ways to either get a grant or get a truck donated. Any info from people who have done this or if you just want to shout out some ideas - it would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
