I bought 2 albino aquatic frogs. How do i take care of them and how do i stop my goldfish bullying them?

My fogs are roughly 1 inch long, creamy white and have mive back legs. I think they are of the Xenopus laevis species as they look like them, but they dont have a similar behavior.
