Anyone know this song?

it's 2000/2001. it's sang by a female with quite a high voice, the first few words of the chorus are something like 'i can see it, in this...' and that's repeated a lot in the song. it's a kind of relaxation/dance song. anyone have any clue what it might be cuz it's really bugging me?! :)
