I'm ready to start a whole new skin regimen (cleanser, moisturizer, foundation). Any suggestions?

I'm in my 30's. Was using proactive, but feel I don't warrant such extreme measures (as well as not wanting to prematurely age my skin). I have very sensitive skin. Was using Oil of Olay moisturizer with spf 15...but feel it only makes me breakout worse. Was using Mary Kay foundation...nothing special. I feel that any one or all of these products may have contributed to my complexion woes b/c I have experienced clear skin in the past. If you know of amazing face products that won't clog pores...let me know! Thanks
