Isuzu Rodeo 98 - 3.2 Aut. Transm./ How to shif the lever to 4 high (trasf. case lever) I have tried some way?

and it doesn't move. This lever just have two straits movements: 2 High and 4 High (back and fourth) I thanks your help.
