Republicans, let me see if I've got this right: It's OK to call The President a liar during a joint session...?

No matter who is the President, heckling is inappropriate when he is giving a speech, he is the leader and it is his moment too make a point without being interrupted, this is not a opportunity for a heckler too have free speech, Wilson should be fined or docked in pay or come under some guidelines for discipline, this simply can't be tolerated, are we too allow the leader of our great country too be so rudely interrupted while addressing the nation.
