Riello 40 oil boiler locking out.?

hi my boiler wont ignite. oil is getting through (loosened hex nut got bubbles first then constant flow). turned allen key screw ( for airlocks ?). plastic filter seems clean. tried new control box and still no luck , any suggestions would be grateful before i spend money on service enginneer coming out. thanks
