Saltwater fisherman?? (question regarding line)?

I like the trilene green (XT) extra tough for structure fishing freshwater because even with nicks and fraying I have landed fish that would have broke off any other brand. I like trilene green (XL) extra limp for open water fishing because the knots hold without much stretch and easily disappears into the green waters of so cal I like clear trilene big game for going off shore into the clear waters for marauder species as it stretches and disappears is abrasion resistant and I use trilene fluorocarbon as my leader material because if their line is so damn good their leader material better be as well and I have only been let down once by it so I don't leader with it on teethy (halibut) fish any more. I use maxima brown 4 and 6 pound test in the surf because it holds knots and is the most sand abrasion resistant I have ever used and It looks like sea gr too
