Does anybody know how much a �45,000 mortgage should cost?

Although I have debts of �15,000, I have a very small mortgage of �20,000 so I would like to remortgage up to �50,000 to consolidate and decorate, any idea how much this will cost. And, will the effect of having debt get in the way?
