Why are the Cardinals trying so hard to get Kevin Kolb (Overrated)?

They don't seem to want Donovan McNabb. Maybe it was due to how he played last year and his age that scares them off although I think he would be better then just about anybody else they can get. But they seem to favor Kevin Kolb as he's younger. Looking at their qb situation well that is perhaps their major weakness.
